All of the furniture we ordered is from La-Z-Boy ... and we actually got it from a La-Z-Boy Furniture Gallery store, which we thought would be better since we'd be dealing with the same company that manufactures the furniture ... but I'm not sure it's making a difference.

We actually went to the store tonight to pay the remaining balance for the furniture that's in so we can start the process of waiting for delivery and the lady at the front desk told us that our order now shows that the leather chair and ottoman won't be in until next May. Although she said it's always possible for the furniture to come in ahead of time, the May date is there to avoid unrealistic expectations about the delivery timeframe. Unrealistic expectations ... May will be 8 months from when we ordered the furniture!

At this point, we're really considering canceling the order and going somewhere else ... it can't be that hard to find a brown leather chair and ottoman that we'll be able to have before May!

Chances are the chair is made overseas- China.
What brand did you buy?
Also, I would tell the company that you need the other furniture that is near the warehouse that you need it asap. Ask what they can do to speed up the process.

The furniture market is hurting and I would think the retailer would do what is possible to help you.
Upholstry has always had a long lead time.

I worked for a furniture manufacturer and well.....you are right.

Comment on Thinking About a Tankless Water Heater by Gene

We've had a Takagi tankless for some years now, and love it. They do have more stringent requirements for the venting, and of course require power for ignition, etc. as well as gas for heating. For us, tankless made a lot of sense. There's just two of us, and our hot water usage tends to come in bunches (e.g., laundry). For a larger family where hot water is getting used all the time, it may not make as much sense, especially as traditional tanked water heaters have gotten more efficient.

Thank you so much Sarah. I will start with it. I have already ordered 2 test web cams. I will post my results here once I am done.
How many Camera's have you attached? Since Sheevaplug has 1.2GHz ARM processor with 512Mb of RAM, I assume it may be difficult to have full 9 Cameras. It may bring down the CPU to it's knees or worse, the server may crash altogether.

Hi Kumar,
The Remote Host Name in ZoneMinder is the IP address for the camera. On the "Basic Settings" tab in the camera setup screens, we've selected a configuration type of "Fixed IP Address" and entered an IP address that's available on the router. This prevents the IP address from changing over time like it might if you use DHCP instead.
Hope this helps.

Hi Sarah,
In the "Remote Host Name" field in Zoneminder setup, do you put in an IP address?
How is the IP address on the Linksys WVC54GCA Determined?
What seetigns were used in Linksys WVC54GCA
Did you follow this set up? http://www.ultratech.us/ultra/?p=359
Thanks in Advance

For anyone else having the same problem, we finally figured out that running the self-cleaning cycle for the first time got the oven hot enough to break everything in and stop it from smelling so horrible. I guess we just hadn't had it on long enough or hot enough otherwise for the smell to wear off...
